Dr. Kevin J. Hamm
Dr. Kevin Hamm has served as Senior Pastor of Gardendale First Baptist Church in Gardendale, Alabama, since 2006, leading a church committed to passionate worship, biblical preaching, and taking the Good News of Jesus across the street and around the world. Under his leadership, the church consistently ranks among state leaders in baptisms and Gospel impact. Previously, he served as Pastor of Valley View Church in Louisville, Kentucky, where the congregation experienced significant growth. Dr. Hamm has preached evangelism conferences across the Southeast and has served on the Executive Committee of the Southern Baptist Convention and as President of the Alabama Baptist Pastors’ Conference. He holds degrees from Western Kentucky University, Mid-America Theological Seminary, and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Kim, were married in 1987 and have three grown daughters.
